  You may place an order by fax 24 hours a day, seven days a week by using the enclosed fax order form. We will fax back a complete confirmation of your order, including pricing and product availability. Our toll free fax number is 877-567-7802 and our local fax number is (985) 674-2123.
• On-Line Order Entry

Freight Charges
Shipping and handling charges are additional and will be added o your invoice. Pinnacle uses UPS, Fed-X and US Postal Service to ship our packages. All packages are shipped with tracking identification numbers, so they can be easily identified while in transit.

Returns and Exchanges
We guarantee satisfaction for all our products. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the performance of our products, contact us to arrange an exchange or return.
     All returned merchandise must be accompanied by a Return Authorization Number which can be obtained through our office. Please put the RA number on the outside of your package so we can process your credit. All returns may be subject to a re-stocking fee.

Shortages and Errors
Notify us immediately if you receive the incorrect item or quantity. All claims should be made within 72 hours after receipt of goods.

Minimum Orders
There is a $5.00 handling fee for all orders under $50.00.
